SRINAGAR 9 AUG: In a remarkable display of Community – School Synergy, a Grand Cluster Level Parent–Teacher Meet (PTM) was organised in the institution, falling under the jurisdiction of Chief Education Office Bandipora. The event was held in strict compliance with the directives of the Worthy Director School Education, Kashmir (DSEK) and Esteemed Joint Director North.

The core objective of this PTM was to fortify the sense of ownership and shared responsibility among parents, guardians and the local community towards the institution, to ensure the holistic growth of students. The gathering was meticulously planned to be memorable and impactful for all stakeholders, serving as a platform for mutual exchange of ideas, aspirations and constructive feedback.

The programme commenced with the recitation of Holy Qur’an, followed by Naat, setting a spiritually enriching tone for the day. The welcome note was presented by Mr Mumtaz Ahmad, Teacher. The opening address was delivered by Mr Hashim Hassan Bhat, Worthy Principal and cluster head HSS PTL Gurez. While addressing the gathering, he underscored the irreplaceable role of a strong parent–teacher partnership in the success of the Tri-Polar educational process. He emphasizes the crucial role of parent-teacher meetings in fostering a collaborative learning environment and supporting holistic student development as per NEP 2020. He stressed on the overall development of students, encompassing academic, social, emotional and physical well-being. Many other faculty members including Mr Showkat Ahmad CRC, Mr Zahoor Ahmad Mir Tr MS Gobaz, Mr Nazir Ahmad Shiekh Tr MS Dangithal etc highlighted the importance and essence of such meets. The students also captivated the audience with eloquent speeches, insightful reflections on the holistic development initiatives of the school, optimum use of integrated technology and the profound impact these have had on their academic, moral and social upbringing.

Parents, in their heartfelt expressions, conveyed deep gratitude to the Head and his dedicated team for ensuring adequate facilities in the school thereby enabling the smooth execution of academic plans and the provision of quality education in its truest sense.
The event concluded with a renewed pledge from all stake-holders; educators, parents, and community leaders alike to work hand in hand for the continued progress of the students in particular and the institution in general.
At the conclusion, Mr Javiad Mashooq Lect. Botany extended heartfelt thanks to all the parents, HoI’s of cluster schools and the students for their gracious presence and active participation in making the event a grand success.
