Srinagar, March 30 : Mirwaiz Umar Farooq extended heartfelt greetings to the people of Jammu & Kashmir and the entire Muslim Ummah on the blessed occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. He said that Eid is a time of joy, gratitude, and reflection—a time to strengthen our connection with the Almighty and to show kindness, compassion, and care towards one another, especially to those in need.

Mirwaiz said that he prays to Almighty Allah to accept the prayers, fasting, and good deeds of the people and to bless them with peace, prosperity, and happiness. He emphasized that Eid is also a reminder to uphold the values of unity, brotherhood, and service to humanity.(KNS)
