The event honored their efforts in academic and non-academic domains, recognizing their role in bringing distinction to the institution during 2024.

The ceremony was graced by Altaf Ahmad Sofi, President of Idarah Falahudareen (IFD), a prominent educationist, as the Chief Guest, along with members of the ASE Management Board.

Principal Dr. Hanan Khalid Khan, in his opening remarks, expressed deep gratitude to the staff for their commitment throughout the year. He lauded their efforts in implementing innovative programs like Eduten and conducting state, national, and international-level examinations like NOF 2024.

“Despite challenging times, the creativity, dedication, and resilience of our staff ensured the seamless functioning of the institution. Let us continue this momentum and strive for excellence in the coming days,” Dr. Hanan stated.

The Chief Guest, Altaf Ahmad Sofi, underscored the importance of teaching as a noble profession and its impact on shaping a virtuous society.

“As educators, our mission extends beyond imparting knowledge. We must be well-wishers of our students, nurturing a society free of corruption and injustice. Let our work reflect our dedication and sincerity,” Altaf Ahmad emphasized.

In his message, the IFD President encouraged self-reflection and introspection among staff members, emphasizing the need to honor the trust placed in the school by parents and the community of Baramulla. He called for a balance between progress and accountability, urging staff to remain focused on curriculum implementation and stakeholder satisfaction.

The Academic Incharge ASE Management Board highlighted the importance of continuous improvement.

“This year has been about system building and implementation. The year 2025 must focus on academics, supported by the recent initiation of three-tier academic audits. Enjoy your vacations, but return prepared to embrace the new session with commitment, precision, and a collaborative mindset,” he remarked.

A key highlight of the event was the recognition of the Art and Craft Department, which received an award and cash prize of Rupees 10,000 for their exceptional work in designing and preparing the Baramulla Campus for new students.

The second session featured the distribution of certificates of excellence to teaching and non-teaching staff, including members of the transport and helping departments.

A standout moment was the felicitation of Miss Nusrat Bashir, who was awarded a Certificate of Honor and promoted to Grade Head for her four years of dedicated service and impactful contributions to the school and its students.

The event concluded with a strong message for the ASE fraternity to embrace a growth mindset and prioritize collaboration. Staff members were encouraged to learn, relearn, and unlearn, while recommitting to the institution’s mission of academic excellence and holistic development.

The ceremony ended on a high note, with ASE reaffirming its pledge to work tirelessly in the upcoming academic year to uphold its legacy of progress and educational excellence.
