Ganderbal, May 4 :<\/strong>\u00a0The Regional Institute of Health and Family Welfare Training Centre located in the Kangan area of Central Kashmir\u2019s Ganderbal district is in shambles with zero infrastructure and hazardous working conditions.
\u00a0\u00a0 The training centre or Paramedical school has been set up for the training of paramedical students.
\u00a0\u00a0 The students undergoing training in the Centre told the news agency Kashmir News Trust that there is no canteen facility, a filthy single washroom is emanating a foul smell, and the premises is like a muddy wet agricultural field. They said there is no parking facility as well.
\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cMud is everywhere. The working conditions repel every student who mostly abhors visiting this centre,\u201d students said.
\u00a0\u00a0 The only time the Centre remains clean is during the visit of some top officials.
\u00a0\u00a0 The rooms of the centre are filled with filth. In some rooms, broken chairs and tables and worn-out mats have been stored. \u201cThe strange obnoxious smell can turn even a healthy into sick,\u201d said a student adding that in some rooms there are no holders to place bulbs.
\u00a0 The students said that it is scary to enter the dilapidated building.
\u00a0 The students appealed to LG Manoj Sinha to visit the Centre and have first-hand information about the problems they have been facing. <\/p>\n
