During initial questioning it surfaced that they had bought the rice from a fair Shop at Arath which is run by one <em>Gh. Nabi wani S\/O Ghulam Rasool wani R\/O Arath Budgam<\/em>. All the 4 accused were arrested and the vehicle used in commission of Crime has also been seized.<br>Accordingly, a case <em>FIR No 41\/2024<\/em> under relevant sections of law stands registered at
