Srinagar 8 June: Founder of Jammu and Kashmir reconciliation front Dr. Sandeep Mawa admitted Ilin JLNM Rainawari Hospital after observing a four‑day hunger strike demanding two key reforms: an immediate ban on alcohol in Jammu & Kashmir, and the removal of alleged encroachments around temples across the Union Territory.

He said, if liquor dens continue thriving in sacred precincts and he decried encroachments that violate temple boundaries unauthorized constructions near temple lands in Srinagar .
